We run an internal operations audits to ensure readiness to join or build an ecosystem program. For example, we collect data about your customer, sales and people operations and if you do not have the data at hand, we help you get them. This might include, Voice of customer interviews and extended case studies, if you don’t already have them.
Channel partner programs
Once the right ecosystem strategy has been identified, we build your partner program framework for working with other companies and service providers in the ecosystem. For example, various co-marketing, co-selling or integrated market place activities. This include partner sourcing, engagement and business case execution.

Second two hour session to go over findings and present a proposal to improvement
